Shipping and Delivery

Australia

We use secure delivery (Registered Post) via Australia Post which requires a signature on delivery or you will need to pick them up at Post Office. Unfortunately, Australia Post cannot leave insured goods at the door.

We suggest you provide your daytime delivery address when you make your order to ensure the safe arrival
of your delivery, as Soul 2 Sole Shoes does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods once Australia Post notifies us that your parcel has been delivered.

Estimated delivery times dependent on your location:

Metropolitan areas: 5-7 working days Regional areas: 7-10 days after dispatch

International

Presently Soul 2 Sole Shoes only offers online delivery to Australia and New Zealand. We will strive to offer online International services in the coming future.

For International purchases please send your order request to sales@soul2soleshoes.com.au with your delivery address and we will contact you via email with the shipping cost to get your order delivered to your requested location.

If you accept the shipping cost, we will then send you an invoice and request your credit card information to process the order.

Currency 

All prices are in $AUD. Soul 2 Sole Shoes accepts payments in Australian dollars only.

Privacy Policy

We acknowledge that your personal information is important to you and ensure that your information will not be shared with any third parties. Your personal details will only be used to process your order and fulfill payment requirements.

Return Policy

We understand that you are unable to try your purchase on in-store so Soul 2 Sole Shoes online store is happy to offer exchanges or refunds on items purchased within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging with all appropriate labels and tags attached and your receipt included.

ALL RETURNS NEED AN AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO RETURNING.
If you’d like to make an exchange or a refund please notify us by calling (03) 9523 9009 or
send us an email to sales@soul2soleshoes.com.au and we will provide you with our return postage address.

Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until we receive your goods, so you may wish to use a postal service or courier with a tracking option to ensure your item has been delivered.

Soul 2 Sole Shoes will not incur the postage fee of returned goods, this is the responsibility of the customer.
We will pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
