By using our website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use this site. Soul 2 Sole Shoes reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these Terms of Use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.

Soul 2 Sole Shoes do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via www.soul2soleshoes.com.au is accurate, complete or current. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

The particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colours of products offered on the Web site.


You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment and incur no charge whatsoever. To enquire as to whether your order has been shipped, please email sales@soul2soleshoes.com.au together with your order number which you can find on your Tax Invoice/Customer Receipt.


When will my purchase arrive?

Soul 2 Sole Shoes provides you with an estimated arrival period for each delivery. This period is the normal time taken to deliver goods to your area. The time indicated starts from when the goods leave our despatch. Goods paid for by credit card are usually despatched the following day depending on when the order was placed.

Delivery conditions

Soul 2 Sole Shoes recommend that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases.

If no-one is available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your Regitered Post Satchel at your convenience.

Delivery guarantee

At Soul 2 Sole Shoes we make every effort to have the items you want in stock at all times. In most instances, if a product appears on our site, we have it in stock. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, a consultant will email you with an anticipated delivery date.


All customers of Soul 2 Sole Shoes will receive a receipt of purchase. Please refer to the order number shown on the receipt for any queries that you may have with your order. This receipt can be printed out for your referral. All orders will be processed the following day upon receipt provided goods are in stock.

Delivery information

Soul 2 Sole Shoes understands when purchasing items through our online store, customers want the most reliable and effective service used to deliver their goods, on time. Soul 2 Sole Shoes use Registered Post where delivery can be tracked virtually anywhere when despatched.

Soul 2 Sole Shoes is dedicated to providing their customers with quality products, ensuring that each transaction results in a satisfactory shopping experience. All products can be returned for an exchange or refund if the product is faulty or does not fit correctly.

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, that means that they must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. Upon receipt of your returned products, Soul 2 Sole Shoes will happily reimburse you for the cost of the goods providing they meet our standard conditions for return. All returns must be sent prepaid for the full price by a traceable carrier.

If the products purchased at Soul 2 Sole Shoes are damaged upon delivery or faulty, Soul 2 Sole Shoes will replace them on the condition that written notification of their damage is advised to our Customer Service Centre within three (3) days of receipt of goods. Damaged goods must be returned to the office of Soul 2 Sole Shoes within 7 working days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

On receipt of goods Soul 2 Sole Shoes are required to send back to the supplier for assessment:

(i) If, in the expert opinion by the Supplier not the Retailer, the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, then a refund for full amount of the original purchased value (receipt must be presented) for that item will be given or, if possible, replacement goods will be supplied.

(ii) If the goods are not proved to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, they will be returned to Customer at the customer’s freight expense.

(iii) If any of the goods returned are damaged or defaced in any way which could prevent the goods from being

sold then no refund will be issued.

PLEASE BE AWARE this process can take up to 7 working days from date of Soul 2 Sole Shoes receiving goods.

Soul 2 Sole Shoes will reimburse you for any postage charges you incur if the product/s are found to be damaged in transit.

Any returns should first be advised either via email to sales@soul2soleshoes.com.au or via mail to our retail store at 361 Glenhuntly Rd, Elsternwick Vic 3185.

EVENT: Charity (MJCF) Promotional Day - Sunday 22nd May

(i) Shoes donated to charity on the day will be capped at 100 pairs.

(ii)  Online  sales discount of 10% offered on NAOT shoes only starts 22.5.16 to 29.5.16
